We guarantee that all information will be treated confidentially and that your commercial invoices will not be archived or passed on to third parties.

Until revoked in writing, we hereby instruct and authorize the company Die Zollagentur Kai Buschermöhle GmbH, Bremer Straße 122, 49179 Ostercappeln, to process incoming import shipments for us through customs in our name and for our account in accordance with the statutory provisions, to submit the customs declaration and the customs value declaration, to sign these documents with legally binding effect, to submit applications for import documents and for refunds and remissions – where necessary – in our name, and to accept any import duties that may be refunded to us.

This power of attorney is valid until revoked in writing and authorizes only the actions mentioned above.
